Our Philosophy
Often we have clients that are unsure and who do not believe in their own potential and ability. We love showing them what they can actually do.
Everyone can learn to dance. With us, it is not about competitions or performance, but much more about the people who wish to learn to dance, who want to learn some eye-popping dance moves with their partner but never had the courage to try.
For us, it is not about perfection, but much more about the friends you make while dancing. Perhaps we even surprise the client with their own dancing ability. Fear is often a big blockage, and at Fearless Dancing we try to break through that block step by step.
We love building confidence and creating an environment where our clients can feel self-assured and can develop their love for dancing, or even find it anew.
Meet Jana
Ballroom & Latin Dance Instructor
Jana is a qualified and registered Ballroom & Latin Dance Instructor through the ADTV (Allgemeiner Deutscher Tanzlehrerverband), recognised by the World Dance Council (WDC). Her expertise spans a wide range of styles including Sokkie, Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing, Boogie-Woogie, Rock ’n’ Roll, Dance Acrobatics, Wedding Dance and Show Choreography.
She also has valuable experience working with people with physical and mental disabilities, making her approach to teaching inclusive, compassionate, and engaging for all.
Jana’s love for dance began in childhood ballet classes, but her passion truly came alive when she discovered Rock ’n’ Roll Acrobatics and the joy of couples dancing.
During her goldsmith apprenticeship, she discovered a natural talent for teaching and began assisting as a dance instructor at her local Rock ’n’ Roll club.
What started as a hobby soon blossomed into a lifelong profession.
She later joined an accredited dance school in Augsburg, Germany, and completed her second apprenticeship as an ADTV-certified dance teacher. After numerous visits to South Africa, Jana made Pretoria her home and continued expanding her skills and experience.
Today, her heart is set on building a welcoming space in Pretoria where couples can come together, relax, and discover the joy of dancing—whether for fun, connection, or a special occasion.
